The surrounding countryside gives us everything we need every day, our agriturismo is in an area suited to the cultivation of garden products.
Some plots of land have then been used for the cultivation of wheat, according to the dictates of traditional organic farming. We had fun reintroducing an ancient variety, almost extinct, that already existed 3000 years ago.
The harvest is selected and made into flour through milling processes carried out with ancient machinery, some of which have been lovingly restored by us and brought together with other agricultural tools from the past, in a mini-museum. The flour we produce is used for our fresh pasta and desserts.
In summer our melons are sweet, juicy and very fresh, the potatoes arrive in the kitchen still dirty with earth, the fillings with fresh ricotta are made only when the chard is ready to be harvested. The cycle of the earth is present in our life, for the pleasure of our guests.
